Less than threee weeks left for the famous Heavy Fighter´s Boot Camp in Duedelsheim! We will do our very best to not disappoint our host, the beloved Shire of Meadowmarsh (in the most ancient Barony of Knight´s Crossing). This Wednesday will be one of the last opportunities to test the gear and train together, especially melee and shild wall tactics. So allheavy fighters, come and join us all!
Last Wednesday before Christmas we would like to gather at the hockey stadium and do heavy fighting. Not only to prepare ourselfes for the next events but also to proof the Christkind, that we did bevahe well and deserve new heavy toys. So come and play with us this Wednesday as every week!
Heavy Fighters practise is not limited to a certain season. Mild temperatures and a brand new light equipment will make our training as comfortable as possible.
Since the field hockey & tennis season is overm we are the single rulers of the hockey site. So join us for our weekly heavy fighters practise as every Wednesday!
Our Shire´s heavy fighters practise will be held as every week on Wednesday in the Vienna Prater. Visit us next to the hockey stadium and join for some experiences – and some bruises maybe too.
Days are getting shorter and temperatures are normalizing. For heavy fighters prcatise a later summer is as much comfortable as an early summer. So joint us this Wednesday for heavy fighting at the lovely Prater at mild temperatures of any degree.
As part of Austrian lockdown measures all sports involving physical contact are forbidden until the end of November. We will see, if there will be any heavy fighters practise in 2020. Stay safe, stay at home. Good luck everyone.
Dear Heavy fighters, looking for a last-minute-present for X-Mas? Here´s a special offer: luckily we got a bunch of brand new protection cups for the groin. (Remember, this is a legal target area!) Big news! We proudly announce that Baron Aelric of Battle from the Shire of Meadowmarsh will visit us at Satureday 12th of January 2019! We are honoured of his visit and celebrate this with an extraordinary fighter´s practise at HTC site.

Afterwards we will go for lunch at one of the finest taverns in the near Prater.
We owe Baron Aelric not only the annual Meadowmarsh Boot Camp at Duedelsheim but also a very fine textbook about the art of heavy fighting: “Die Kampfkunst. Heavy Fighting in der SCA”
His astonishing fighting skills and his distinguished teaching make him one of the most important instructors oh heavy fighting. We very much appreciate his visit and heartly welcome him in Ad Flumen Caerulum. So join us and seize the opportunity of a unique heavy fighting lesson (by daylight!)
Because of collision with Halloween this Wednesday will be shifted to Thursday. This simple move from Wednesday to THURSDAY allows us both to collect candy and burn the calories the next day, so Happy Halloween everybody and see you on T H U R S D A Y (HTC Site open 3.30 p.m., heavy fighter training begins at 4.00 p.m.)
We are preparing for our most beloved fighting condition: insufficient light. It forces the heavy fighters to use on all their sensory organs. If you don´t see your opponent, you still can hear and smell him or her. So train your skills this Wednesday at HTC site.
